gun to observed H1 lead-foot touchdown; this ends at ground contact, not at the hurdle plane.
Observed H10 lead-foot touchdown to observed torso finish. No end marker or finish time is predicted.
Observed origin-to-end duration: 15.000 s ±0.0200; entered target 14.800 s; difference +0.200 s.
Official hurdle-plane reference layout
10 hurdles · first plane 13.72 m · spacing 9.14 m · event 110 m. Hurdle-plane distances, not measured touchdown coordinates. Heights are not inferred. WA 300H is not US high-school 300H.
Timing assumptions and rule sources
Touchdown is first lead-foot ground contact after a hurdle, not hurdle-plane crossing, clearance flight time or a race finish.
Intervals are descriptive contact-to-contact timing. Landing offsets vary; no COM velocity or clearance time is inferred from official spacing.
Gun, movement and first-contact origins are different. Targets must use the same origin and setup; no universal target model is supplied.
Entered uncertainty is per selected endpoint; distinct-endpoint differences use the sum of their absolute bounds. These are conservative scenarios, not confidence intervals; targets are treated as exact.
Frame calculations require confirmed constant recorded capture fps, treated as exact. For variable frame rate, use actual timestamps. Playback fps and slowed export time are not capture fps. Include synchronization/selection error in the entered endpoint bound; capture-clock drift is not modelled.
End segments exist only when observed. Last touchdown to finish is not last hurdle-plane to finish; partial observations do not supply missing contacts.
Event and observation clock
Changing timing mode loads a clearly labelled illustrative example in that mode, preventing accidental reinterpretation of seconds as frames. Custom/discounted practice has no inferred official spacing or height.
Observed touchdown contacts
Keep hurdle numbers and readings strictly increasing. Missing hurdles remain missing; a gap spans multiple hurdles. Optional target values are elapsed seconds from the same origin in both timing modes.
Observed endpoint (optional)
A last-hurdle touchdown is a ground contact, not the hurdle plane or finish line. Only an observed endpoint produces a final segment; no run-out or finish is extrapolated.
