- Make the introductionShare your personal link with people you may contact. Disclose your $200 commission beside each recommendation. It applies their $200 discount and credits you when an eligible coach buys. You get a code for in-person conversations, too.
- Follow your earningsSee referred teams, sales, and commissions in your dashboard. Commissions become eligible after 30 days; payments are arranged monthly.
Your link remembers a referral for 90 days. Coaches can explore the product and start a trial before deciding.

A few things to know
Do I need to be a coach or a customer?
No. You can apply as a student, graduate assistant, coach, or someone connected to the track and cross country community. You must be at least 18 and apply voluntarily. Participation has no effect on team membership or software access. There is no joining fee.
What counts as a qualifying purchase?
An approved partner refers another team that buys Pro Forever using their valid link or code. New teams, trial users, and recurring customers upgrading to Forever are eligible. Your own purchase and your own team’s purchase are excluded.
How do payouts work?
Each qualifying sale earns a flat $200 commission. After a 30-day hold, eligible balances are paid manually on a monthly schedule. We arrange payment with you by email. Refunds reduce commissions, and disputes hold them for review.
What can I share?
Your dashboard includes a ready-to-use introduction, a product walkthrough, and your personal link. Be honest about your experience and disclose your $200 commission next to each recommendation or link. Respect opt-outs and school rules; never use team rosters or athlete activity to recruit partners. You earn on product sales, not on recruiting other partners.
